Message	Gary :Well, I've been working really hard at this - a lot of planning has gone into this project and the results will have to speak for themselves. :) :I've spent the better part of the last 4.5 years of my time on the Z32 - figuring out as much as I possibly can about it and all other things directly surrounding the understanding of automotive engineering. To think I knew squat for doodle about cars until I bought the Z almost seems unbelievable, LOL. Well, in that time I've had wonderful opportunities to build and test and build and test, from my parent's garage and a wood router to all the tuning, and on to working at Z1 to produce a barrage of high-performance aftermarket parts, I think I've come up with the ingredients for The Ultimate Street-Z, and I've even started building it. =) : Cylinder Block: -88mm cylinder block : -Complete deburring : -Coolant galley opened up : -Coolant ports opened up at cylinder deck : -Magnafluxed : -...and the crankcase has been coated with a special epoxy-polymer coating to contain any left-over casting sand, strenghten the block, and provide a very smooth surface for quick oil return. : : : : : :Crank Work: :-Nissan Crankshaft, 6#'s of mass removed (40# factory) :-Knife-edged counterweights for reduced winage losses : :-Contoured Rod-Pin Header for reduced windage losses : :-Balanced to within 0.6g! : :-Micropolished journals : : : : :(Balancer display of final balance) : : : : : :Rotating and reciprocating parts: : :Wiseco Pistons - custom made to my specs. :-Additional weight reduction : :-Modified pin offset : :-Modified 1st land diameter : :-Modified crown design to match the combustion chamber's quench areas.
